How We Write Our Articles
The NAN HEALTH journal explains how magnesium, vitamin D3 and K2, omega-3 and vitamin C work, how their forms differ and what research says about them. Articles are signed by NAN HEALTH Editorial, the team behind the store.
How an article is made
- A real question. Topics come from what shoppers ask us and what people search for.
- Research first. We collect facts from primary and official sources: the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, PubMed studies and reviews, the FDA, EFSA and professional associations.
- AI-assisted drafting. We use AI tools to draft and structure articles from those sources.
- Fact check. Every number and health statement is checked against the source it cites. If a claim has no reliable source, it does not go in. Broken or unverifiable links are removed.
- Safety review. We do not promise to treat, cure or prevent disease, we do not prescribe doses, and we mention known cautions such as pregnancy, medications and health conditions.
- Editorial review. The NAN HEALTH team reviews our articles and updates them when new research appears. The date of the last update is shown on each article.
What we never do
- Invent experts, quotes or customer reviews.
- Use competitor websites as sources.
- Present an article as medical advice.
Our products in articles
Some articles mention NAN HEALTH products. Product facts (form, dose per serving, lab results) come from our labels and lab certificates, which you can see on our Lab Results page.
